Conceived by Paolo Bassi, the property reveals itself slowly. A composition of East African and Latin architectural influences, softened by light, grounded by texture, and shaped by a sense of place. It sits comfortably within the city’s creative pulse, while offering a retreat from it.
Each room is designed with restraint. Spaces that hold warmth in the afternoon and stillness in the evening. Linen, wood, shadow, and air working together to create a feeling rather than a statement.
Outside, the pool becomes a ritual. A place to cool, to pause, to reset under the wide Namibian sky.
Our nine ensuite rooms are shaped by light, texture, and quiet intention. Split across three room types, each space oÂffers its own rhythm, yet all share the same sense of calm. Natural tones, so‑ materials, and thoughul details create rooms that feel less like accommodation, and more like somewhere you’ve arrived to.
The house has been carefully reimagined to slow you down. Mornings begin gently with light moving across the walls, afternoons stretch without urgency, and evenings settle into stillness. Sand Rose is a place to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the simple rituals of rest.
Each room is considered in its essentials. Comfortable beds, quiet corners, and spaces designed for pause. Private bathrooms, warm water, and small details that reveal themselves over time. Nothing excessive, only what matters, done well.
A European-inspired breakfast is served each morning, best enjoyed slowly, in the light, with nowhere else to be.
